These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CourtLegacy application ("App") created by Darshan Patel ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Court Legacy is a free tournament management and scoring platform for racket sports. You may use the App to:

• Create and manage tournaments for tennis, pickleball, and badminton
• Track live scores and match results
• Manage player profiles and team registrations
• View brackets, rankings, and match history

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use automated means to access or interact with the App

5. Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App, such as tournament details and match scores. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for operating and improving the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Darshan Patel. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
